By accessing our website https://cubespace.org or availing any services offered by CubeSpace Business Solutions Private Limited (“Cube Space”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by this Refund Policy along with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all payments made for:
Coworking memberships
Dedicated desks
Private cabins / offices
Virtual office services
Meeting rooms and conference rooms
Event spaces
Any ancillary or value-added services offered by Cube Space
2. Membership & Service Fees
All membership fees, rental fees, booking charges, and service fees are non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement or official communication issued by Cube Space.
Once the service period has commenced, no refund shall be granted for early exit, partial usage, non-utilization, or change of business plans.
This clause is in accordance with Section 2(47) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, governing contractual service obligations.
3. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit, where applicable, is collected only as a performance and damage security.
The security deposit shall be refunded within 15–30 working days from the date of exit, subject to:
Settlement of all outstanding dues
No damage to Cube Space property beyond normal wear and tear
Proper handover of access cards, keys, equipment, and other assets
Cube Space reserves the right to adjust unpaid invoices, utility charges, damages, penalties, or statutory dues against the security deposit prior to refund.
4. Cancellation by Member
All cancellation or exit requests must be submitted in writing via registered email or official communication channels.
The notice period mentioned in the signed agreement or onboarding document shall strictly apply.
Failure to comply with the agreed notice period may result in:
Forfeiture of the security deposit, and/or
Additional charges as contractually agreed
5. Cancellation or Service Modification by Cube Space
Cube Space reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify services due to operational, legal, safety, or force majeure events (including but not limited to government orders, natural disasters, or technical failures).
In such cases, Cube Space may, at its discretion:
Offer an alternate service or location, or
Issue a pro-rata refund, where legally and commercially feasible
6. Meeting Rooms, Event & Short-Term Bookings
All meeting room, conference room, and event space bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
Rescheduling may be permitted subject to availability and prior notice, at Cube Space’s sole discretion.
7. GST & Invoice-Specific Clauses
All prices displayed or charged are exclusive of GST, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
GST charged on invoices is non-refundable, except where a refund is mandated under applicable GST laws.
Any approved refund shall be processed exclusive of GST, unless a corresponding GST credit note is issued in compliance with the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
Refunds shall only be processed against valid tax invoices issued by Cube Space.
Cube Space shall not be responsible for denial of Input Tax Credit (ITC) to the customer due to customer-side non-compliance under GST laws.
8. Mode & Timeline of Refund
Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed via:
Original mode of payment, or
Bank transfer to the registered account of the customer
No cash refunds shall be issued under any circumstances.
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on banking channels, payment gateways, or statutory requirements.

All grievances shall be acknowledged and addressed within the timelines prescribed under applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cube Space shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from cancellation, non-availability of services, or refund-related delays.
11. Policy Updates
Cube Space reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates shall be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
