Scope of Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This policy applies to all payments made for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coworking memberships<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dedicated desks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Private cabins \/ offices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Virtual office services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meeting rooms and conference rooms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Event spaces<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any ancillary or value-added services offered by Cube Space<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Membership &amp; Service Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All <strong>membership fees, rental fees, booking charges, and service fees are non-refundable<\/strong>, unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement or official communication issued by Cube Space.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the service period has commenced, <strong>no refund shall be granted for early exit, partial usage, non-utilization, or change of business plans<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This clause is in accordance with Section 2(47) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, governing contractual service obligations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Security Deposit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>refundable security deposit<\/strong>, where applicable, is collected only as a performance and damage security.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The security deposit shall be refunded <strong>within 15\u201330 working days<\/strong> from the date of exit, subject to:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Settlement of all outstanding dues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No damage to Cube Space property beyond normal wear and tear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proper handover of access cards, keys, equipment, and other assets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cube Space reserves the right to <strong>adjust unpaid invoices, utility charges, damages, penalties, or statutory dues<\/strong> against the security deposit prior to refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Cancellation by Member<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All cancellation or exit requests must be submitted <strong>in writing<\/strong> via registered email or official communication channels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The notice period mentioned in the signed agreement or onboarding document shall strictly apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to comply with the agreed notice period may result in:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Forfeiture of the security deposit, and\/or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional charges as contractually agreed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Cancellation or Service Modification by Cube Space<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cube Space reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify services due to operational, legal, safety, or force majeure events (including but not limited to government orders, natural disasters, or technical failures).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In such cases, Cube Space may, at its discretion:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Offer an alternate service or location, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Issue a <strong>pro-rata refund<\/strong>, where legally and commercially feasible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Meeting Rooms, Event &amp; Short-Term Bookings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All meeting room, conference room, and event space bookings are <strong>non-refundable once confirmed<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rescheduling may be permitted subject to availability and prior notice, at Cube Space\u2019s sole discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. GST &amp; Invoice-Specific Clauses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All prices displayed or charged are <strong>exclusive of GST<\/strong>, unless explicitly stated otherwise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>GST charged on invoices is <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>, except where a refund is mandated under applicable GST laws.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any approved refund shall be processed <strong>exclusive of GST<\/strong>, unless a corresponding <strong>GST credit note<\/strong> is issued in compliance with the <strong>Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds shall only be processed against <strong>valid tax invoices<\/strong> issued by Cube Space.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cube Space shall not be responsible for denial of Input Tax Credit (ITC) to the customer due to customer-side non-compliance under GST laws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Mode &amp; Timeline of Refund<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed via:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Original mode of payment, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank transfer to the registered account of the customer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No cash refunds<\/strong> shall be issued under any circumstances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refund processing timelines may vary depending on banking channels, payment gateways, or statutory requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9.
